About Us
Breakfast
Your breakfast is made to order and is included in your stay.
We offer Traditional Hot and Continental breakfast options.
When children are staying in the house, we also make our very own Belgian Waffles, topped with fresh local berries, home-made whipped cream and, of course, Canadian maple syrup.
French-pressed coffee, a variety of teas and juices, local island-made jams, PEI fried potatoes, and Maritime berries are on the menu every day.
Amenities
We offer several amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.
The dining room and lounge are available throughout the day/evening for guests to relax with a book (we have many!), tea or coffee and a baked treat.
Complimentary high-speed internet access is also provided.
Parking is free on site, and so are the magnificent ocean breezes coming through our windows!
Our Philosophy
We are quality-obsessed and love all things natural, striving to incorporate green-living practices as much as possible and avoiding the use of plastics and unnecessary waste. At the same time, we love to blend period antiques with modern pieces for a comfortably elegant style, while injecting some wonderful PEI moments
throughout each room.
Most of all, we want you to relax and enjoy the simpler things in life.

L. Cohen Room
$235/night + tax
Queen bed with sea view, 2-piece ensuite, plus a private 4-piece bath down the hall, yours alone. Spa robes provided. Fine European linens, down duvet & pillows, Island sheepskin rugs, marble-tiled bath, plush Turkish cotton towels, rain showerhead, and island-made soaps. Hair dryer provided.
The L. Cohen room may be the smallest room in the house, but it has the mightiest ocean breezes!
Atwood Room
$250/night + tax
A spacious, gorgeous and romantic room with Queen bed and garden view, plus 3-piece ensuite. Fine European linens, down duvet & pillows, marble-tiled bath, plush Turkish cotton towels, rain showerhead, and island-made soaps. Hair dryer provided.

$275/night + tax

Please note, a 2-night minimum stay applies.
Check-in anytime after 3pm; check-out by 11am.
Cancellations: We are a small inn but try to be flexible on this. 30 days notice preferred, but we know that sometimes life happens while we're busy making other plans. In such cases, the earlier you notify us, the better. Cancellations < 7 days of your stay will result in your being charged for your booking.
